Coach Training Hours (CTH) Information

The GIFT Christian Whole-Person Coaching Academy adheres to internationally recognized coaching education standards and uses Coach Training Hours (CTH) as its official unit of learning.

CTH (Coach Training Hours) represent the time required for students to complete coaching programs, and tuition fees are calculated based on the CTH standard.

The tuition rate for the GIFT Christian Whole Person Coach Training Program is $30 per CTH (Coach Training Hour).

  • CTH stands for Coach Training Hours, referring to the actual hours of education and training received during the coaching learning process.

  • The GIFT Christian Whole-Person Coaching Academy designs all educational programs based on CTH and provides professional coaching education aligned with the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

The GIFT CWCTP offers a structured 3-stage Christian coaching certification program, enabling students to grow step-by-step while mastering advanced professional coaching skills.

1. GIFT Christian Associate Coach (GCAC) – Level 1 (Beginner Level)

✅ Minimum Requirement: 150 CTH (Coach Training Hours)+ GIFT ICF Core Competency Training
✅ Learn and practice the foundations of Christian coaching
✅ Establish coaching basics by integrating faith-based values with coaching techniques
✅ Gain knowledge of core coaching principles and practices, and develop practical conversation and counseling skills
✅ Learn how to inspire personal and community transformation through coaching

2. GIFT Christian Professional Coach (GCPC) – Level 2 (Intermediate Level)

✅ Minimum Requirement: 210 CTH (Coach Training Hours) + GIFT ICF Core Competency Training
✅ Includes advanced coaching principles, hands-on practice, and ethical standards
✅ Acquire professional coaching skills and techniques to apply effectively in real-world settings
✅ Dive into comprehensive coaching models, psychological approaches, and Biblical principles

3. GIFT Christian Master Coach (GCMC) – Level 3 (Advanced Level)

✅ The highest level of Christian coaching certification
✅ Covers master-level coaching, leadership development, and advanced coaching techniques
✅ Develop the ability to provide Christian coaching mentorship and supervision
✅ Participate in coaching research and development while preparing to take on a leadership role as a coaching leader
✅ Strengthen mentoring and advanced training abilities to guide and train high-level coaches

Admissions Process

The GIFT Christian Whole-Person Coaching Academy operates on an Open Enrollment system, allowing students to apply and begin their studies at any time. The admission process is as follows:

  1. Submit Application (Online Application)
    • Complete and submit the online application form available on the official website.
    • The application form includes basic personal information, educational and professional background, faith journey, and coaching experience.

  1. Submit Recommendation Letter (2 Letter from a Pastor or Church Leader)

    • Provide one recommendation letter from a pastor or church leader who knows your faith and character well.

    • The letter should confirm that the applicant embodies Christian values and is ready to grow as a Christian coach.

  2. Submit Personal Statement and Faith Testimony

    • The personal statement should include:

      • Your motivation for applying.

      • Your goals through coaching.

      • Personal growth stories.

    • The faith testimony should include:

      • Your faith journey.

      • Your relationship with God.

      • Your plans for ministry through coaching.

  3. Pay Application Fee ($200)

    • Pay the non-refundable application fee of $200 through the online payment system.

    • This fee covers administrative processing costs.

  4. Admission Review and Acceptance Notification

    • All submitted documents will be reviewed, and an individual assessment will be conducted.

    • The applicant’s faith background, passion for coaching, and readiness for learning will be evaluated comprehensively.

    • Admission results will be communicated via email or phone.

  5. Course Registration and Tuition Payment
