- Title: GIFT ICF Certified ACC Coach Qualification Course
- Duration: 16 weeks (60 total hours: 48 hours live + 12 hours non-live)

Objective:
To equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to meet ICF's standards and earn ACC certification. This course is also a prerequisite for study and training at the GIFT School of Holistic Coaching, where participants learn and practice the basic attitudes and skills of a helper of others.
Program Description:
The GIFT ICF Core Competencies Training is an intensive 16-week (first year) training course that focuses on developing personal growth and self-awareness to become an effective coach by demonstrating the ICF Core Competencies and ethical standards. Participants will learn how self-awareness, growth, and the integration of body, mind, spirituality, and relationships impact their coaching abilities and prepare to better support clients by learning and practicing empathy and active listening, foundational skills for counselors and coaches.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this program, participants will learn to:
- Understand how personal growth and self-awareness are critical to their development as a coach.
- Recognize the impact of integrating body, mind, spirit, and relationships on themselves and their clients.
- Master foundational coaching skills such as active listening, empathy, and powerful questioning.
- Learn how to create a safe coaching environment based on trust and presence, and increase cultural sensitivity.
- Learn the foundational coaching skills and ICF core competencies needed to prepare for the ICF ACC certification exam.
