GIFT ICF Integrated Coach Training Program (One-Year Program)
1. Learning Content
This program is built on the ICF-accredited Level 1 Coach Training (60 hours) – “GIFT ICF Core Competencies Training.”
Students receive intensive training in ICF Core Competencies, ethics, and the coaching mindset, and continue with the “GIFT Coaching Mastery Practicum” (Internal Peer-Coaching Practicum) to apply and internalize what they have learned in real-life coaching contexts.
Through this journey, students go beyond knowledge acquisition, building professional competence, confidence, and whole-person growth as coaches.
*Please note: The 10 hours of mentor coaching required by the ICF are not included in this program. Instead, they are offered separately, giving students the flexibility to choose based on their needs and timing.
2. Training Format
Flexible Program Duration:
- The ICF-accredited “GIFT ICF Core Competencies Training” (60 hours) is offered in multiple cohort formats, ranging from an intensive 6-week track to a 16-week track, allowing students to choose the option that best fits their schedule and learning style. After completing Level 1, students continue with GIFT’s exclusive “GIFT Coaching Mastery Practicum” (Internal Peer-Coaching Practicum).
- Together, these two components form a one-year integrated program where education and practice are organically connected.
