This program offers a professional coaching education where students deeply study and practice the ICF Core Competencies.
Through real coaching practice and feedback, they strengthen their coaching skills and gain a solid understanding of ethical guidelines.
In addition, GIFT’s exclusive Coaching Mastery Practicum (Internal Peer-Coaching Practicum) ensures that learning goes beyond theory, allowing students to apply and internalize their knowledge in practice.
As a result, students experience professional competence, confidence, and whole-person growth.
