The institution provides registration and learning services for educational programs.
Users may not reproduce or distribute the institution’s educational materials or content without authorization.

Refund Policy

GIFT Whole-Person Coaching Institute’s refund policy aims to protect the learning experience of students while maintaining fairness.

1) Refund Request and Processing Criteria

Cancellation Request 3 Days Before Course Start (Written Request Required): 100% refund (excluding registration fees).
After Course Start: Refunds are not available.
Non-refundable Registration Fees may vary by program and will be clearly communicated at the time of course application.

2) How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or an official refund request form.
Once received, the request will undergo approval and be processed within 5-10 business days based on the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

3) Exceptions

Special circumstances (e.g., health issues, natural disasters, family emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a course is canceled due to the institution’s circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
